Social Housing District

Providing adequate and affordable housing for its population will be a critical challenge for the city. This extends beyond merely addressing the current needs; it involves establishing a sustainable framework to ensure future generations also have access to affordable homes and supporting social infrastructural facilities.

This pilot project will aim to directly address this concern by redeveloping a strategically chosen site within the city limits. The project will encompass both the revitalisation of existing structures through careful refurbishment and retrofitting, as well as the construction of new units to augment the existing housing stock.
